Filtration and Separation Technology International, Inc. has an extensive line up of products to serve the Electrocoat painting industry. No one understands better than us how important your filtration systems are to your paint process. From pressure to bacteria to foam to pH to other changes can greatly affect the life and function of your filtration. Our technical staff will work with your paint company and your staff to pinpoint areas of concern and offer potential solutions to maximize your filter life and paint tank. 

The FAST Ultrafiltration systems are designed to provide premium quality permeate with exceptionally high flow rates. FAST also designs their systems not only for the high quality of permeate but also for ease of maintenance. FAST understands that each system location needs to be considered in the design so that any potential conflicts can be addressed in advance. From designing the skid to make changing the elements easy, to taking in distance and height of plumbing, to location of the paint feed, each aspect is considered and specifically designed. 

Through its internal resources, dedicated distributors and agents, and external consultants, F.A.S.T. has full service technical capabilities. This includes system sizing and design, trouble shooting, field consultation, system installation, and separation and operational training. Depending on the nature and extensiveness of the project, technical services may be done in the normal course of our operation or on a fee based program.

With over 70 years of technical knowledge on the ultrafiltration of electrocoat paint our technical  representative will come your site and review your systems.  We will provide you with a detailed report of your system, what changes we recommend and the potential outcomes of those changes.   We will work with you to implement the changes that we have recommended and will continue to offer support and knowledge after.
