This newly designed spiral membrane element uses the same tried and true Ultrafiltration and Microfiltration membranes but with a new internal configuration designed to maximize flux, minimize fouling. and reduce operating cost.

A System Designed to Recover 90% of Final Reverse Osmosis Rinse Water in a Single Pass. The purpose of this novel system is to recover 90% of the final Reverse Osmosis rinse water, in a single pass, to reuse as fresh feed water to the Reverse Osmosis system. Not only will this save 10’s of millions of gallons of water yearly, it will save on waste treatment and provide a better-quality finish on the vehicle.

EDCells Electrocoat Paint Ultrafiltration System is a filtration process that uses Ultrafiltration elements to remove the excess water, and returns paint resin and pigment to the paint tank. The FAST Ultrafiltration systems are designed to provide premium quality permeate with exceptionally high flow rates. Each aspect of the design plays a significant role in this.
