Electro Deposition Reverse Osmosis (EDRO)

ECoat_075_CMYK

High Flux thin-film composite membrane element for the purification of Ultrafiltration permeate from Electrocoat Paint.

A specially designed thin-film composite membrane separates the aqueous phase of the UF permeate from its residual resins and dissolved ions. This high flux element provided greater productivity, good throughput, and excellent permeate clarity.

BENEFITS

  • Proprietary thin-film composite membrane provides excellent rejection of resins and dissolved solids while providing outstanding flux rates.

  • Element construction for rugged durability, high flux rates, and long life.

  • Available in standard diameters and lengths to fit most housings for use either in series or in parallel as well as custom designed configuration for maximum performance and optimal cleaning.

APPLICATIONS

  • Purification of UF Electrocoat Paint permeate for use as one of the final rinse solutions.
